I provide primarily in-person, office-based sessions. Dance and movement therapy is an expressive medium that works best in a shared physical space.

My general availability is Mondays and Tuesdays, 9am-2pm and Wednesdays, 10am-6pm.


Whether you're feeling like you're overcommitting and burning out, working to understand why you react and respond the way you do, or just trying to get enough momentum to get through the day, I will meet you where you are and help you connect with your body's wisdom and capacity for creativity and change.

I offer long-term weekly and bi-weekly 50 minute sessions, as well as short-term therapy intensives.

I specialize in working with parents as a unit, finding connection when it feels like everything else has become priority. In couples work, we work through your individual styles of communication and attachment via a somatic lens. Then I support you in finding comprehension and understanding of each other - the foundation of any other goals and reconnection.

Each child's thoughts and behaviors come from a blend of nature (their biology and predispositions) and nurture (their environment). In family sessions, my focus will be to advocate for your child's (or children's) needs as we collaborate in sessions to make changes within your family. Together we will use creativity and movement to expand your family's vocabulary for expression and understanding.
